We ran a lot of loads for Titanium over many years. Recently we had a load with them that picked "on time" on 9/7/25. There was detention at the shipper and we submitted BOL to ask for revised rate con with detention added. It took multiple emails and calls and they finally responded a month later on 10/7/25 with a revised rate confirmation showing detention and tracking fine (resulting in a loss worth 3x the detention amount). We stated that we had an email from them that tracking was enabled and working and that we do not accept the tracking fee. They rebutted saying that tracking was interrupted during transit and thus according to their policy, we were fined. They never reached out, never gave us any notice of an interruption in tracking, and just ask us to eat the fee's they say happened saying it is "our responsibility to check with our drivers if tracking is working" when their tracking app is lackluster and doesn't inform you either if tracking is interrupted. It's a bs attempt at stealing money from you, making up claims and refusing to grant you the common courtesy to notify you of an interruption in tracking. They act all mighty while stealing your hard earned money out from under you, and then placing you on DNU to spit in your face when you don't comply and try to fight for yourself.

We are no longer working with this broker who deceives and treats their customers this way, I would advise you to do the same and avoid this broker at all costs.
