They are great dogs. I think the next one will be a rottie. I had a female in the bachelor times. She came to work, would hang out with tools if I had to run and get something and not pack it all up. Quiet as well
Had to add, she was tied to the truck and sleeping under it, I was renoing an apartment in a bad part of the city. Brought the dog on day 2 as day 1 consisted of porch sitters across the alley drinking beer all day and doing an inventory of my tools.

Day 2 around 10 am I here a growl followed by a scream and come out to see a porch sitter from across cornered by a 90 lb dog just out of rope.

Actually he said “What an ugly thing to say— does this mean we’re not friends”??? And then he put it knife in his heart

 

So— I am a proven hypocrite— I hate the left coast with a passion— but the Sea Chickens and the Mariners are look’s strong so I might have to tamp my hatred down just a little
