Gonna try a repair if possible. Radiator is already out. Someone from Tulsa is coming to get it in the morning.

Unfortunately the days of making money leasing a truck will come to an end with the implement of CSA 2010, a good portion of CSA 2010 kicks in July 15th of this year the part that's being delayed is the fatigue test that state police and DOT want to administer. It will be tough making these high lease payments running 2500 miles a a week. I've personally found this out playing the John Mallory 100% by the book game the last week. More to come soon on that subject. (Stay Tuned)

If you can only get 2500 miles a week doing it legal then something is wrong. My company just went to electronic logs. Things went into the crapper for the 1st 2 weeks but now things are improving as dispatch knows how many hrs I have just by looking at their screens. I do miss out on some loads that I could have done if I had paper logs but dispatch cannot push me into violation the way they used to. I am still averaging 3200+ a week governed at 64. That had fallen to 1800 the first week and came up to 2300 the second week as dispatch figured the new system out. As far as CSA is concerned... If I don't like it I'll get outta the business. That is the decision of the business owner (which you are) to decide if they want to play by the rules.

Also found out the other day the hard way that a speeding warning ticket counts against u as well as the company and there is no re-course to fight it.

It also seems to me if the JCT safestat score was up in the 90's which I think I read on this thread that under this new system they are much more likely to be audited and a prime candidate for required EOBR'S as well as electronic logs not to mention road side inspections, just my opinion but the load planers will really have to be on top of their game to make the best use of u guys.I am watchin this really closely as I hope to join uguys n august or the following march.

Time to go do my morning thing, put my make up on, find some coffee, grab my honey do list and go pay a visit to several different depts here at JCT. I wonder if any of them brought breakfast? LOL Btw, radiator is getting shipped out today.

Keep the conversation going on this... the more good information the better. I read the updated driver power point presentation CSA 2010 for Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) Drivers, but really didn't find it to be very informational for the drivers... more on what the companies need to be doing.
