how does an illegal alien and a criminal illegal have ANY rights in this country.

If they want American rights then come into this country legally and then don't break our laws.

i'm not surprised some bleeding heart liberal judge awarded the illegal alien a crapload of money. this is the same state that has community board 1 and they've unanimously approved a mosque to be built at ground zero. new york is a lost cause. that whole state should be put out of its misery.

Really you got to blame the US Govt. for these problems.

They have allowed it to go on for a very long time and just looked the other way when they were supposed to be enforcing the immigrations laws.

Now that is has reached this level it is all of a sudden a big problem. But back in the day it was fine to exploit these people for monetary profits.

As much as people may not like this it is the reality of the situation. And now it's not going to go away.

I agree that they should be here legally and should go through the process like everyone else who came here.

I think the problem is really more cultural aside from the fact that they broke the law in coming here. That is what needs to be nipped in the bud in my opinion.

If people come here they should respect our culture first and then they can keep their own.
