    Asking for a friend. Are you able to get support after hours quickly. Seems like companies are cutting way back on support staff. She says they only have 3 folks on duty for the entire company after 16:00 and on the weekends. She and many other company drivers complain they cant even get emergency roadside to answer for hours!
    How is it still with Crete?

    I know I’m on the Shaffer side after 1600 we have a reduced staff but nothing like that until overnight hours… They probably have the same set up on Crete side, but Crete has four times as many drivers as the Shaffer side has so that might be the issue..

    After hours=Less Staff
    Less Staff=Longer wait times.
    During hours= More staff
    More Staff= Long wait times
    It all depends on how many drivers are calling in.
