These schools have been reported to FMCSA. FMCSA's response was "we don't have the staff/resources to investigate". New administration comes out with a big ELP push, but slashes FMCSA's budget and is doing NOTHING about these schools that they know are skirting the law or downright committing fraud.

It's not 'blue states' pushing to make life easier for brand new immigrants - Texas, Florida, and Virginia were also high on the list of 'offenders'. And let's stop pretending this is a left/right red/blue thing. This is a 'corporate interests created an imaginary regulatory state to avoid accountability' issue. I'd be on board if there was even the slightest indication this wasn't political grandstanding with no real substance.

I never realized when I first got my CDL....that things would later get to be such an incredible sitcom.

In the 90's in Canada they were maybe 1 out or 10 drivers (10%) and now they're probably 90%. Chaos on the roads and I believe their goal was to also dominate and become the majority in the Usa. However, one thing I've always respected about Americans is 'Americans say it as it is and don't rollover that easily if at all'. American has begun to nip it in the bud with the ELP Law that was always there but nevernl enforced. 'If you can not Read or Speak English you can not drive on American roads and Freeways'. Finally, the healing has begun in Trucking. Canada is slowly waking up and starting to take accountability however, Punjabi dominate the Trucking Industry here.

Some say humans are evolving however, I beg to differ regarding immigration. In the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's the balance was more controlled. But for Canada the currently Administration in power opened the doors along with the last one in the U.s. is it a coincidence so much are here? Bring in 3rd world become 3rd world it's that simple yet some can never see it.

The fact we are handing CDLs to people that can't read a road signs or capable just to speak, let alone carriers are putting those people in trucks too.

    We have reached rock bottom.
The complete disregard for common sense and safety has reached biblical proportions.

I now fear for my life in winter time, I truly do.
Now I have to worry about drivers unable to read signs that say "black ice ahead" or "chain law in effect"

    It's insanity.
