ok, does anyone know just about what the miles a week roehl van drivers get? i have a few things going on, i am trying to somewhat figure out about what i may be making. (got my cdl through them now) im not expecting to get rich, but i see different people on here have mentioned their averages, i have seen 1700, i have seen people saying over 3000 a week. that is a huge difference.
if you HAD to put a number on it for this time period and going on, would you say 2100 a week? 2600? i see roehl says some thing like 2200 to 2600, is that reliable?
im getting married saturday and we are trying to figure a few things out. but i dont know if ill make 300 a week or 800 a week.
roehl seems like a good outfit, just trying to get a feel for the amount of miles available out there, im a national van driver by the way, finished cdl school, starting evo's may 23rd , delayed because of getting married
miles per week at roehl?

I'm not sure but I've noticed how all the companies have backed it down from 3000-3500 a week.
-
oh ya, if i could get the company to say i will average 3 to 3.5 k a week i would feel pretty good about budgeting. but at 28.5 cents a mile at 3500 its just about 1k a week before taxes. with 2000 miles its like 570 weekly. thats a giant difference. i know of course no one can say "you will get 2500 a week" but is that a likely number?

There are many factors that can affect your miles. Realistically I would figure on averaging 2200 miles a week.

It is tough to budget. Ya never know how it will shake out. U might get 3 wks of 1500 miles. Then 3 wks of 2800 plus. One driver told me to have a monthly goal. Look at the miles that way.
I think roehl's scan in time is noon friday. So on weeks u have more than 2200. Maybe scan those over 2200 on sat. So u know u have some already for that next check. This might help u budget. Good Luck!! -
you almost need to look at it monthly. 9,000 miles a month is a realistic number.

I am home almost every weekend, and only run about 2200-2300 miles a week, but I still gross about 1000 a week.
Wait, I am not with roehl. Sorry.
I hear they are a good place to start though.
