The guy who unloaded me said a group of 6 investors from Memphis had bought it. They are building a hunting lodge about a mile in & they are planting these oak trees around it.

 

I didn’t realize that at all. Lots of this around here is becoming over run by rich duck hunters

I would have picked a better tarp job if that was the case

I tarp about like @ElmerFudpucker , so no closeup photos.
