Need a Diesel laptop

Honestly it’s capable of way more than I am. Comes with all the data links and the laptop. It’s really a bargain

I'm pretty sure what you're asking for is not a diesel powered laptop like the title suggest but a battery-powered laptop that is rugged with software for troubleshooting your diesel truck. If so look into the Dell 7214 rugged Xtreme I have one for my business and it only costed me $500 and it is a computer with the durability of a power tool

 

Pretty sure it does Volvo and paccar too

 

I have a dd15 with over a million miles. I reckon there was only 3 times where me having a computer would have helped. And all of those were to force burns so I could get home.

My mechanic allows me to use his computer pretty much whennever I want, but I have only ever used it to force a burn once, reset the dpf service interval twice. Nothing major really.

I thought about buying it, but really haven't needed it

I bought one from nofeediesel and it works great, cheap compared to everyone else too. Have had it for a few years with no issues.
