Yeah the little fuel stop. I hadn’t been there for years, I didn’t know they built a new building there.

 

Ya it’s far better than the old place. Lot still sucks though

 

Take a good look its prolly the only pic I'll ever post. Headed for Mississippi for a tomorrow night unload, then drop/hook going to state of Washington. No shortage of miles Im maxing out the "new breed" log every week.

In Effin-burg (Effingham) now fer supper at the bar..

I owned a Classic XL in the late 90's it kind of reminds me of a more modern version of that truck.
Not many trucks I can stand straight up in between the front seats and not have to duck. For a fleet ride its pretty good I guess.

 

I loved the big bunk on my blue truck. Sounds stupid but one of the things I liked most is that coat hook up above the passenger seat. No more tossing your coat or jacket on the bed.

 

any chance you went through Lafayette, Indiana today? Almost positive I saw that truck on 26 at about 2 pm-ish.

I was in my pickup, parked right beside you at a traffic light. Blue F250 with a dirty old cattle trailer. I had looked at the truck when I pulled up, and when you posted that pic, I was like, Hey, I just saw that rig!
