You've really turned things around in just a few short weeks. I'm super proud of you. Your doing an awesome job! Keep up the good work and keep us posted on how things are progressing with both companies.

Walk as much as you can. I started walking evey day last January. About two miles. I went from 255# to my present 210#, my BP is the best it's been in years. My waist size has gone from 40 to 34. Been twenty years since I was a 34.
I talked my neighbor into joining me and he's gone from 315# down to 260 now.
All from walking, and just responsible eating.
No soda. No added sugar. No desserts. No seconds.
Oh, yea...and main meal at lunch. very light dinner. Otherwise, I eat pretty much as I want, foodwise.

    Thanks!:biggrin_25525:
I know I still have a long way to go, but I'm heading in the right direction! I'm setting a goal weight of 220. I know that is a lot of weight, but as long as I keep in mind that it is going to help my kids have their dad alive longer it won't be so hard to do.

I will keep posting and let everyone know what is happening in my journey as it continues to roll!

    way to go hindsy!

you will get discourged from time to time and plateau, but that's your body getting used to itself again. build on it and mix up your exercise choices. pretty soon you're going to be doing PX90 or whatever it is and making tv commercials!!! :biggrin_25514:

keep posting, i'd like to read about your successes and setbacks, and how you deal with both.

    Thanks vavega!:biggrin_25525:
Still hung up on the 334 mark. I will say that Mother's day weekend again got the best of me. This week I've been running back an forth to the doctor's office getting paperwork faxed here and there...
My wife's back is starting to feel better so I can start Monday at the pool. She has been needing more help in the AM to get the kids up and going. I got released from the morning duties, so now I need to just get out of bed about 6AM.
I can get a good 3 weeks of swimming at the pool. Plus I plan to continue some weight training in the afternoons. I'll be doing this all till I leave for school on June 6th. After that it is my hope to be in a truck re-learning to drive. Learning the Big Rigs. I've only driven class B. So the general driving part will be the same. I know my way around the truck. Adding the trailer is where the learning needs to come in to play. I have had some backing experience tho. While I worked the warehouse at Coca Cola I often had to back trucks up to the dock to load and unload. Mostly straight backing.
Hoping to keep some activity up once at school.
