    Just bought a truck and received a 45-day apportioned permit.. My question is do I have to pay my UCR before I head out or when I have my steel plates? I'm not sure if this is right place to ask so Flame away! lol

    The new fees just whet into affect may 5th i know my state will do a new reg without it but at renewal you must show prof you paid.
