This may seem like a total non-problem to most, but it's driving me absolutely mental. Driving down the road, the sleeper cabinets and drawers in my 2020 KW W990 squeak. Constantly. I've checked all the hinges and latches, everything is screwed in tight. I've spent literally hours trying to figure out where exactly the squeak is coming from, I've bought little adhesive backed felt strips, tried hanging a towel around the whole door before I close it, so many things. Has anyone else had this issue and/or does anyone have ANY suggestions, thoughts, ideas, anything?!

Check the bunk belt buckles. The can rattle and squeek sometimes. Otherwise get a friend or tech to ride in the back and locate the squeek. Once you do, use felt strips or some kind of silicone at where ever it is squeeking

    Kylyn84 Thanks this.

Aw, poor baby,,, I'm just kidding, funny, years ago, there were so many squeaks and rattles, it was easier to wear ear plugs. But,,,we've come a long ways and I suppose, and today, yes, it could be annoying. On conventionals , it was always the hood I don't think it's the cabinet doors, tell you what, open the hood, and close a rag on it by the windshield, or spray a little WD40 on the gasket( you DO carry a can of WD40 I hope) and see if that stops the squeak. The 990 is a really nice truck, and shouldn't squeak. Maybe a Volvo,,,
