    Seriously, man.
    I have no love for foreign drivers at all, but remember, they got their licenses under different circumstances.
    And now they say they're going to jail?
    Think about this: what if some or most of those guys thought they were perfectly legal?
    OOS, yes. Park it and don't move, yes. But jail???
    This is total BS and overreaction. This is wrong
