    I have a couple questions regarding the training pay. also I have a couple questions regarding the insurance plans that are available. What do they pay for training and how long is the training period? Also what does the top-tier insurance cost?

    It depends on the co. None will pay enough to let you pay mortage and wifeys food cost etc. Just enough for you to eat and carry around $25 pocket money. Plus you won't see any $$ for a couple weeks.
