Superego lawsuit. They sent fake rate cons to drivers to steal money

Well, if you take the donkey to the intake side of the river into the treatment plant, and insist they drink, because "this is the best water out there, it's what I drink, and anyone who doesn't is cheating themselves, and is a fool", then said donkey probably won't take a sip.

But you do what's right for you.

 

Over the past couple of years we’ve had A LOT of owner operators sign on with us because the spot market tanked when the pandemic ended. They all said the same thing, They’re running their own DOT numbers and authority before and during the pandemic. But when the gravy train ended, the freight was drying up, while the truck note was still coming in the mail!

Sometimes running your own authority isn’t the “be all,end all” solution!

No, I’m not saying all companies but many out there just really have absolutely zero respect for truck drivers. That’s really what it comes down to. There’s no other viable explanation for this kind of stuff that they think they can just keep getting away with it and typically they do. If someone in this industry from top to bottom side, decide whatever the situation might be from the broker right on down the list is going to get screwed 99% of the time it’s the driver…. who does all the work. Who’s making the real sacrifice. Every single aspect of anything in this industry that can get pinned and blamed on the driver will automatically happen. In addition to getting ripped off.. And nothing ever comes of it.

I’m Lucky enough to work for a company that doesn’t do this kind of garbage. But a lot of them do.

 

Maybe he hasn't been hit in the head with the red flags yet.....
