Hopefully someone can give me an answer, it's about to drive me nuts.:biggrin_25515:

I updated Firefox a while back, and for the past 2-3 weeks it won't let me save Bookmarks. Thinking I had too many bookmarks, I went in and deleted quite a few of them.

FF still won't let me save bookmarks. I tried fixing it using the suggestions offered on the FF Help section, but it did no good.

    Any advice?

    Thanks

Try Google Chrome. I have and I love it. All your bookmarks and passwords are transferable too.

I have a little addon called xmarks that saves all your bookmarks to a master server and will sync multiple machines for you. I had that happen once and it was the software for my dialup connection. The stupid thing hijacked everything like that AOL garbage.

+1. Google is really starting to be a forerunner in software. I am waiting for the "alleged" android home operating system. It is by far the best for mobile devices.

I use Chrome 90% of the time, but I still revert back to Firefox once in a while, mainly to use the "Video Downloadhelper" plug in to save Youtube videos to my hard drive. Firefox still has more add-ons, although Chrome is catching up.

A quick followup- Turns out my antivirus was conflicting with the latest FF update. That wasn't mentioned on any of the 'help pages' I merely found it by chance.

I'll have to look into the Google Chrome.. it sounds interesting
