Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Getting dinner set up. Two Jennie-O turkey tenderloin lying on a bed of fresh onion, spiced with S&P and minced garlic. Added a 12oz bottle of turkey gravy as I suck at making it. Got corn on the cob and mixed vegetables. Both will be foil wrapped and butter added then laid in the slow cooker at about the 4 hour mark. Gonna slow cook around 6h on low. Should be done by then. Have a pack of biscuits I'm gonna make in the toaster oven as well when its all done.
Using a Presto Nomad slow cooker, designed for travel. Uses about 210w on high, 175w on low so is usable with your average 300w cig lighter plug inverter.
