With a proper fire hose and incline, nothing frozen about an hour. Need a slicker suit and keep your mouth closed is rule #1

Conversations like this makes me appreciate my choice of hauling fish rather than cattle, pigs or (God forbid!) turkeys.

"Ok, Jay, open the slide gate. Let me know when they are all out, I'll put the cam gate back on and we'll go get lunch".

    You guys earn your checks.

Makes your lips soft too because it keeps you from licking them!

I’ve always stood on the principle that no matter what it was upon entry it’s always poop upon exit

Get yourself a double pig board: like what @Isafarmboy showed you, but two of em, hinged together in the middle. You can open and close it to keep them contained and focused on the ramp.

Only take a few at a time. Be patient. Let them figure out the ramp is where they would rather be.
As soon as the last one in the group has stepped onto the ramp start fetching the next small group over to the ramp while that last one is still in sight, and they should hurry right on down to catch up.
If the rattle paddle fails to move them, and if often does, I find pre positioning a couple 18" lengths of 5/16 or 3/8 chain with a hook on one end hung from the wall opposite the ramp to be handy. Just rattle that aluminium wall with enough force to make it noisy in there. They don't like that noise. I'm not saying wail that wall with all you got! Lol

But mostly, only give them one direction to go, move slow, be patient and low key.
Be kind. They are living beings.

If you use a hot shot more than twice on a boar, you best have your own exit strategy pre planned and accessible. Lmao

I’d rather have a cow turd in my mouth than a raccoon turd. Just sayin…. There is a hierarchy of doo doo in my mind
