TQL THE WORST COMPANY

We still deal with TQL but after an article was published in Overdrive magazine where I named TQL as the problem, I got a call from TQL. They allowed me to set up an accessorial policy. EVERY load that we book, the broker/agent has to agree to these before they can proceed. They can ask us to opt out which we sometimes do if it is low risk. It helps, and TQL stands behind it.

You should also know that TQL records EVERY phone call and they will look up a call to see if their agent has lied. You have to be intelligent in your argument and not just a rambling fool.

That said, TQL is still a broker and I think that all brokers need to go.

Once sent out to collect some payment from a small loan customer. Failed to adjust the visit successfully. Came back and advised my manager
that the customer got kinda mad...His only comment: "Did he get mad enough t pay?" Small gains like these are really good...

 

A bunch of posts over the last few years complaining about brokers, still uses brokers. That’s what I can’t wrap my head around. Complains about where his work is coming from.

Still at the other thing. It's going well. I keep on lurking- helps to keep a pulse on the freight industry. Just saw this thread pop up and figured I'd remind Jimmy of his obligations.
