Started training at cartersville 19April

Hindsy - looks like I will be in GA on Monday after all. I called today to try to change it to June 7th and talked to Mike Millis - he worked it out for me to still make it Monday. I must say I was impressed!

I am really getting excited now!

 

Dude, You mean THE Mike Millis? Really? That is pretty cool. Take CARE. bE GOOD. LEARN LOTS.

 

Well I cant say whether or not he is the "man" but he went above and beyond to make it so I could be there on Monday. So no matter if he is that night janitor - he earned my respect.

Nice! I'm waiting to hear from Mike M. Myself regarding my questions about my health history. I just can't see going all the way there and finding out I'm DQ'd from company training because of it. Anyway I sent in my info yesterday to them. They received it and hopefully I will hear from Deanne SOON!!!! I'm ready to commit! I need to drive! These kids where I work are making me a bit insane!

Well I truly hope you get that med stuff worked out. I completed my cdl permit today and just scanned everything and sent it over to Mike.

Hi Everyone!

I just got my acceptance letter from Millis to go to MTI. I was offered the choice of going to OH, WI, or GA for school. Any feedback on which school I should go to would be appreciated. Pros and cons of each school? What is the lodging like at each facility? Any information would be great. Thanks.

Cant really speak too much about either of them. Check out the Millis thread on here. I know many have spoken very highly of the GA school. When are you set to start?

Yes, the GA school seems to be the best. Living in Nashville - that is only 3 and a half hours from my home. I will be calling Millis tomorrow morning. June 14th is open. I will try for a date in GA for the beginning of July - if not available, I will take June 14th. Are you going to the GA facility? When do you start?
