Started training at cartersville 19April

The pros and cons of school for me simply come down to location. Ohio is 4 hours away. Ga is 8-10... and well WI is 11-12... So that choice is easy. I'm still waiting to hear back from Mike and Deanne. Would prefer to know today! It would just ease my mind over the weekend. Don't think they should turn me down. Just wanted to be certain! Millis is my 1st choice now.

Yep, I agree with you hindsy. Location. Just call them. I never waited to hear from them. I always called. Good Luck to you too!

 

When I applied - they never called me back. I was offered a pre-hire with Stevens and before I joined them I called Millis and asked about my app. She pulled it right then and I told her about Stevens. She called me back in about 30 minutes and completed the pre-hire. I am glad that she did!

Call them and get it resolved if you can. So far they (Alice and Mike) have been more than pleasent to deal with.

 

I am thinking of starting a blog about the adventure since this is a completely new thing to me, but will not do it hear as this site is way overloaded with that type of thing.

 

Please do baritone, that is a great source of info for all those thinking of taking the plunge...nothing like a first hand account to give others the best info!

 

TW - I can do that. Just didnt want to overload things more than they already are.

I just finished filling out my online application for Millis. I think I will call them on Monday and make sure they got the application.
