My drives are stud pilot and I need a rim on my driver side steer. This looks like a hub pilot to me on passenger side so I’m guessing I can use a new style wheel instead of trying to find the old style. Does this sound right to you guys

    Currently bud by the nuts
Appears to be one you can change the studs and have hub pilot as it has the bosses to support the rim

Also I thought the lug nuts looked a little strange, don’t have the washers attached to them

Looks like a hub pilot to me, with the wrong nuts. What am I missing?

It looks like a hub pilot hub to me. Maybe they were retrofitted to work with the stud pilot wheels and hardware because they didn’t want to spend the money to replace all that. I’d replace all the hardware especially if the driver’s side is left-hand thread, which I’m guessing it is by the “R” engraved in the ends of the studs in the picture.

    abyliks and Rideandrepair Thank this.

The part number on the hub comes up as a budd hub, not hub pilot.

    Goodysnap and Rideandrepair Thank this.
