    I remeber those days also.

Running I-81 north from Syracuse to Watertown in a blizzard at night in the late 1990's. Even the plows had it on 19. Saved my Schneider cabover back in the day.

Can't see but at least u know a guy is out there.

Nowadays I don't even have a CB in the truck. Immigrants, Racism, and idiots have ruined CB and trucking.

Haven’t had one since my first truck in 2011, and only because somebody left it in there. I remember it still came in handy occasionally or was good for a laugh, but completely not needed any longer.

Tell that to all these fools who keep getting into these huge pile ups every time it snows. Cb’s would stop this crap because people would hear you yelling to back it down we’re stopping

NO, all anyone would hear these days on the radio is shut up stupid, or you're a ######, or some other non-sense.

I've listened OTR for the last 4 years, and it's just racism, hate, yelling, etc.

There is no helpfull anymore, it's all just hate and angst.

Which to be honest with you, reflects our "mentors" in the trucking community.

You want the "trucking" community to be better, be a better person yourself. Quit calling people by their skin color on Ch19. Cause it happens in every state, every day, every mile, every truckstop.

Not a young pup but i admit liking technology, anything that makes my life better or easier. I run 600+ miles days when i can ( company driver) but looking at putting a gaming system in the truck for the occasional down time. I want a 4k tv but most of them are 32 inches, that might actually be too big, anyone here got a 32 in 4k tv?

32 is about as big as necessary. I carried a 32 with me up until the last couple years. Me personally i would not take an expensive 4k tv because that tv is going to shake and vibrate all day going down that road. Dont take anything with you that you arent willing to have break

going over a 300” wheel base is my only concern
