Closest junk yard is 3-4 hours away. I thought about ordering one. But making a catch can system would be cheaper and faster.

You are a smart Man, you're getting it. Up until a number of years ago, there wasnt very many things me and a decent Kid couldnt do to a truck or piece of equipment. I still maintain two shops and still like to work on stuff occasionally. But we all know time is money, and its so much quicker and easier for them Boys to do the important things that need to "get done".

Fortunately I have a really good Mechanic/fabricator who does work for me on the side from his full time job. He has a take home shop truck with welder and every tool needed to fabricate anything my rig usually needs. He can do in an hour or so what would take me several hours to do.

Best one I saw was a piece of 4" PVC, caps on both ends, small ball valve on bottom cap to drain and a nipple on top to connect hose along with a axle vent. Whole thing was 20" long or so. This was on a worn out Cummins 444 years ago, but it would work for your issue as well.

When I had my FLD with a 12.7 back in the day I just cut the top off an oil jug and hung it from some wire with the blow by tube going into it.

Final result for anyone who cares. Seems to work good. Seems to breath just fine. No more oil slopping all over the place. About 60 bucks invested i believe. 20260113_093643.jpg

Looks like you need to start selling them. How much time do you have in it?

I ordered it online. Took maybe 30 minutes to install. I definitely don't need another business to run hahahaha.
