I’ll answer the only question on here I fully understand, and then even probably not how the OP means it. Where do most mistakes happen? That’s easy. Most close calls without a doubt that I see and am nearly involved in are at stop signs. A stop sign in my opinion and in my 10 years of driving is the most dangerous place to be in driving.

    Trucker61016 and Cdemars316 Thank this.

Your questions are making me assume that you are assuming that you know something about what I do. See the problem with your post now?
For example, question 1B. (you really should proofread your posts)”Where do most mistakes happen?” In an office, not in the truck. Everything on my end is handled, always.

"We, the capable, led by the ignorant, ...doing the difficult for the ungrateful. We have done so much, for so long, with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.

    I heard it as:

We, the unwilling, lead by the unknowing, have done so much, for so long, with so little that we are now qualified to almost anything with absolutely nothing.
