I’ll answer the only question on here I fully understand, and then even probably not how the OP means it. Where do most mistakes happen? That’s easy. Most close calls without a doubt that I see and am nearly involved in are at stop signs. A stop sign in my opinion and in my 10 years of driving is the most dangerous place to be in driving.
