Tried a few RV clubs just now they're quick at getting back with a NO! lol Just asking to use their address without using/paying for an RV spot but would pay for a membership just need to use your address on my license don't know if I should say that. Also said it's because I'm getting a trucking license and there's more work around your area.
Is trucking worth it seems like min wage job the first few years

Don't give any details. Just say you want to be a member of the RV Club
Texas also has an RV Club in Livingston, TX
Your car registration will also be there.
They're a little strict now though. Need to get some mail there to show when you register your vehicle.
I don't know all the details.Blinkers22 Thanks this. -
Texas is looking good! been talking to a bot though said you can establish your legal domicile in Texas etc with a membership it’s around 170-200 with mail forwarding. So hopefully I hear back from a human at some point.Chinatown Thanks this.

Don't mention anything about a CDL. You just want to be a Texas resident.

That's all escapees does. It's for people who are nomadic. Texas license with a pretty good zip good. Easy job accessChinatown and Blinkers22 Thank this. -
Gotcha starting to get the hint CDL's are looked down upon for some reason. Regarding home time I know you can't answer for every company. Assume I apply for a job with a Texas address I would assume I would be responsible for paying to get from Texas to Miami or is that something that a company would cover? Been looking at flights and it'll add up overtime gig back and forth. If I take a bus which is cheaper by a little it would pretty much eat into my entire home time. Sorry for the questions know I've had a lot.

CDL's aren't looked down on. Companies look at them to determine if your address is in the hiring area or not.
-
Didn't mean by companions just meant like other non CDL drivers etc
-
They would not cover that, but you can request hometime anywhere the company runs at most places. Just have the texas one as your address on file and request hometime in florida or South Georgia.
Blinkers22 Thanks this.
