    Navajo express/expedited BEWARE!

We are a small company driver is husband, I do backend computer work and help dispatch. Found a load on DAT driver called for information. I ran their name on factoring and emailed back that they are not approved. Carrier packet was sent to us along with requirements needed to book the load. Nothing was filled or submitted to them. They slammed us on freightguard for "Canceling" a load that was never accepted! Tayler and Justin are very petty and rude. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Shouldn't you be mad at your lack of the English language O/O for booking the load he had no business booking...:dontknow:

When I write to brokers, I don't need a perfect english, if a carrier tells you: I apologize, my driver is covered for today. Simple as that, broker was desperate to cover the load and decided to go the extra mile by forcing us to haul it.

No, your O/O BOOKED the load. They didn't "FORCE" you to do anything.

Sounds like the “dispatch team” didn’t know what the carrier was doing, agreed to a load and then tried to get out of it, meanwhile the the carrier agreed to the load when contacted directly, all while the dispatch service he hired was still trying to get out of it.

If that’s exactly how it happened, then yeah, that’s pretty frustrating. There’s a big difference between actually booking/canceling a load and just inquiring about one. A FreightGuard report over a load that was never formally accepted seems excessive.
Always good to document everything though — emails, timestamps, whether a rate con was signed, etc. Situations like this are exactly why small carriers get cautious with brokers
