I can say that even though this company is large.. we drivers still have access to the presidents of the company and the CEO to talk to at any time we want… A lot of of us even have their personal cell phone numbers to contact them if we need anything to be taken care of… Not too many companies of this size have that either

Just remembered one thing the VP of Hunt told me. Since weekends are usually no freight days. They try to get you a over 1000 mile load on Friday.
Still having a hard time deciding which company. Also Hunts physical tests does seem more complicated vs Melton.Lonesome Thanks this. -
Did you had an interview with them? I got 5 years experience myself. They told me to send them my dot medical forms and after that a phone interview
-
Currently Melton is already planning on setting up orientation after drug tests.
-
Why didn’t you went with hunt since the pay is higher? Melton told me only 2200-2500 miles right now
-
Currently I technically haven't chosen one. It's just that Melton gotten to that point first. Hunt just took longer for background checks and etcLonesome Thanks this.

So after being home for a couple days. Thinking about it even though when I was on the road I was excited to do flatbed. Now not so much. Might just stick with doing what I know. Reefer and dry van
-
Couldn’t take the challenge I see. Good luck. Us Skateboarders are a “different” breed. Not many can handle the challenge. Get your Hazmat. Might be better for ya.

Already got hazmat and tankerDiesel Dave Thanks this.
