Thanks! I don't work for SWTO, they don't operate here. We have been contracted to do these stations for a long time, going back to when they were under the umbrella of Tesoro and branded as USA Gasoline. When Marathon bought Tesoro/Andeavor, they rebranded a lot of the USAs to Speedway, and we still service them, and picked up some new ones.

 

Those of y'all who are out running right now, how y'all doing?

We're shut down until further notice. But we were doing a whole bunch of splits right before the storm hit, so I think most of the stores were pretty full.

 

Business as usual here in WY but we were on the outer edge of the storm so we missed most of it.

As far as I'm aware, you can claim the deduction if you're paid OT, even if the company isn't required to. As long as your paystubs break down ST hourly-pay and OT hourly-pay, it's my understanding that you can claim it.

But I could be wrong.
