    They have all automatics as far as what I saw. Training is bare bones so if you don’t already have flatbed experience then this really isn’t the place to learn.
    I left because how I saw them treat 2 different drivers in our orientation. Extremely unprofessional and biased. Stuff you thought you only see in movies. Really rude trainer who acted like he hated life itself.

    Orientation is I believe just 3 days. They do make you tarp a load and you have to come in under an hour start to finish. 2 tries is what you get. Their tarps are 9
    Foot drops so man oh man they are heavy as hell to move around so better hope you drop them down right the first time… or you’ll be doing a lot of up and down the ladder.

    In today’s modern times of conestoga it simply makes 0 sense to Tarp and companies that stick to tarping should be companies with abnormal width loads which this company does not have. It’s more about being cheap.
    Since a Canadian conglomerate bought them and several other flatbed companies out last year they have been cutting tons of corners and pay has eaten ####.
