Wow. You are really all over the map.
You download a bunch of stuff that you don't even look at, and that is the stuff that gets you into trouble?
Too funny.
This whole thing sounds like it is AI generated.
I don't know, but just a question.

This is funny because you always comment negatively on people with records. I have a record and I'm doing great in the trucking industry. People make mistakes the system is broken. If you haven't walked in this mans shoes you have no right to judge. He will do fine there's plenty of local LTL freight mom and pops and local runs he can do. There's a big name company in Ohio that hires people with his type of charges. I have charges that are completely different but they cannot be sealed. And I am forever marked because the police violated my constitutional rights. So again if there's nothing negative out of your mouth I suggest just not saying anything because this man needs help and support regardless of what happened in the pastbryan21384, Concorde, Gearjammin' Penguin and 2 others Thank this.

I think you mean nondisclosure, where the record is sealed. It would depend heavily on the law in the state where you were convicted. If it is West Virginia, you'd have to research their law there about expungement and/or nondisclosure.
I remember limewire, frostwire, kazaa, those were all a real good way to land in prison, even if it wasn't for unsavory files downloaded.mastership Thanks this. -
Yes I just googled it. It may depend on the charges and how long but if it's 5 to 7 years you can get twice and hme. I have domestic violence charges and honestly I think it's harder for me to find jobs than sex offenders because they think I don't know how to respond to people in the correct behavioral manner. Really my ex girlfriend just hated my guts and sent me to prison. It is what it is my advice moving forward spend your time with the right people and places. Not saying you specifically anyone reading this thread I started because I thought my 3 felonies in 2 separate cases was a death sentence. Anyone on here with a record you got this ####!bryan21384, Moosetek13, Gearjammin' Penguin and 1 other person Thank this.

See about getting your foot in the door by taking a warehouse job. Every grocery warehouse, every distribution center, every LTL and food service company, every beer/beverage/liquor distributor has a warehouse.
Every warehouse has its own trucks, along with a smaller regional trucking company, and the megas doing the OTR.
Now, if you can’t get a warehouse job…you’re in big trouble.Toomanybikes, Gearjammin' Penguin, DanielWV and 1 other person Thank this. -
Yes
Any constructive advice for the OP or are you just one of the many TTR self appointed judges.
Sad as a society that we can’t ignore or try helping another person who screwed up almost ten years ago. There’s more than a few members on this forum that found salvation in this profession and haven’t looked back.MACK E-6 and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this. -
Do you live in the same state/area the felony was charged?
-
Yes I have all endorsements. TX on my license and my twic is in progress but it goes through tsa just like hazmat. But does me no good if I still can't get hiredMoosetek13 Thanks this.

Yup and it's exactly how it happened. I downloaded all kinds of stuff not knowing what it was. It was new to me. Even though it was deleted there is a data center that keeps track of everyone's downloads. Despite having it erased they knew it was on comouter. Anyway I hope to find work somewhereStringb8n Thanks this.
