I learned a long time ago, I couldn’t give a flying #### what anyone thinks about what I wear to stay warm. It’s not a fashion show.

More sleet than snow here so far and I am not complaining! The rig fired right up and that was my main task for today. IMG_6594.jpeg

I had a dispute with mine Friday.

The genius sends me a pickup at a restaurant that I suspected was still currently under construction. Then he tells me “I have the BOL here.”

“Well, if they don’t have it I’m not taking the freight.”

“They don’t have a way to print it out, but OK. I’ll send a different driver.”

“Tell them to go next door to Staples and print it out”.

Later when I met up with the aforementioned “different” driver, he told me he wouldn’t take it either. :biggrin_25523:

That is MY ship and MY ### on the line out there running it, and Stupid in the office won’t be the one getting questioned on the side of the road at an inspection about the freight on the wagon I don’t have a BOL for.

Don’t know if it was mentioned but just buy a heavy duty timer to go on 4 hours or so before you have to leave,

I have a bulged/slipped disc in my back so I’mnot working this week anyway, made sure I had plenty of scotch though

I feel your pain had the same thing 2-3 years ago. Suffered and worked through it for a lot longer than I should have. Finally got to the point I couldn't hardly walk so I spent 5 weeks rehabbing doing a bunch of core exercises and walking 2.5 miles a day is what fixed it. That and a good chiropractor. After that 5 weeks rehabbing I was able to get back to work again but it was still over a year before I was 100% my old self.
