Baltimore is supposed to get slammed Sunday into Monday… It’s apparently gonna be so bad that even Carnival Cruise Lines announced that their ship scheduled to return to Port in Baltimore on Sunday will now be forced to return around noon on Monday because the Port Authority is closing the port due to the storm… be safe

Made it safely into Georgia, got kinda sketchy from Manchester to Chattanooga. Only saw one wreck, truck crossed the median and hit an suv, praying know one was in the back seat.

Manchester to Chatanooga is sketchy when the roads are dry... by the way... does anyone else have a problem with their windshield washer freezing in the lines around 15 deg...? Unrelated... is the fuel treatment stuff they hand out just alcohol?

    Trucker61016 Thanks this.

I don’t, during winter I use -20 washer fluid. The fuel anti gel the shop gives out isn’t just alcohol, it’s good -40

I stopped shorter than hoped… left late afternoon to start and then was slowed down last night a bit… I might have been able to get on site but wasn’t sure I had the time and wasn’t sure I wanted to be parked in an empty lot for a couple days… then, with how things fill up so quickly on the PA Turnpike and beyond, thought it best to just pick a place I would be willing to be snowbound at if necessary vs not finding parking and get stuck on some street or pull off spot just off the interstate… only a few hours out… hoping we can drive some tomorrow but one leg of PA was already announced it will be closed tonight at midnight.

got the last parking spot here so I counted it as a sign… lol

Any reports from the Evansville IN area? The news makes it sound pretty rough. I’m tied up at the house with a Kawasaki load, so there’s plenty of time to wait…

I'm located in Muncie Indiana and the Evansville area had over a foot of snow when I checked a few hours ago.
