Caraway seeds. They do add a nice flavor to the bread. If you don’t want the seeds, but want the flavor, you can use ground caraway, either in the dough or dusting the top.

had to put down our Sports Cat several years ago. Was the humane thing to do for her. Never wanted another after that.
