what to expect

I have been hearing more and more from Werner drivers on the road about the lack of miles. I have had quite a few in the last few months come to me asking about my company and if we are hiring.
I would not go there. Roehl has a decent reputation and I hear much more good than bad about them.
They also have some very adaptive home time policy's. Though more of these are for when several drivers are from your area and you do not mind slip seating.
I like to have my own truck, some do not mind though, and they have decent home time on regionals as well I hear.
For a starting company not too shabby.

 

my family has been in trucking for 3 generations and plus my uncle use to drive for them all of three mths
