It was a bit of a challenge to get through the syntax, but I got the jist of it. I think the driver(s) and yourself are probably both a bit guilty of not handling the whole situation correctly. There are actually 3 sides to every story. Your side, their side, and the truth, which is probably somewhere in the middle. At least you both had your chance to be heard nonetheless.

Definitely there can be a different outcome but dealing with somebody who is giving you constantly attitude and rasial hating it is hard to have a different outcome at least at that moment, but if you’ll be able to see his first post with my part of the story you should be easy chatch the truth, he knows from before that the company is foreign owned by a legal foreigner like many us citizens are owning business in different sides of the world so complaining about that makes everything ridiculous

 

All i get from boths sides, is they both wanted to run illegally, and neither wanted to do it on each other's terms.

Owner didn't vet the driver.

Driver is clearly a less ideal candidate.

 

OP comes off as another unhinged, broke as fluff person with a CDL. He had posted a screenshot of text messages and it was quite clear whose elevator doesn’t go to the top floor.. believe one of the mods removed it due to foul language..just guessing.

 

Based on your company's FMCSA score, and other negative review's, and the fact that you have changed your company's names and locations is an indicator for many professional driver's to avoid working for you unless they are desperate for $$.
I think you badly needed a couple of driver's and you scraped up these two characters out of a shopping center parking lot. Needless to say, they were also desperate for a job and some $$, and didn't show any level of professionalism.
