You won't know for sure until you submit an application. Submit applications to places, then you'll be notified if you can be hired or not. That's better than a phone call.

 

You typically have to put up with a bad company for like 6 months. Iowa maybe you could do food grade tanker. I imagine there are reefer companies out there. Do you need to get home often?
