I’ve been watching the conditions on the 511 maps. Looks like North Carolina’s solution is to just let the traffic plow the interstate lol. Some parts of I-77 look like they haven’t even seen the hint of a plow on the traffic cameras. But Virginia and South Carolina look fairly ok
