Yes there is a problem....I agree with every single person who is going to drive ANYTHING in every single state *not just CA* But every single state needs the DMV , DOT, ECT. to stop testing in any language except English BOOM thats where they get them....so they need to stop., then handing out a license CDL or DL in ALL states that allow tests in any language except ENGLISH; Motor vehicle dept for DL, the one for CDL..is where we take our test and that is who gives them to us......and if they would stop giving tests in any language except ENGLISH ....it would help our problems BIG TIME.
If we treat it like it is not a problem .....nobody will do anything. And more people will be slaughtered on the roads.

I say if they can.t speak and read English that means NO LICENCE of any kind to drive anything because Ive said it before........If you cannot read the signs.......saying SLOW DOWN MEN WORKING.......FLOOD WATERS AHEAD......ONE MILE AHEAD PILE-UP.......no CDL , no Drivers license and no exceptions. speak English . we are not picking on anyone ...we want to save lives.

I agree. Just when we think society can’t get any dumber it does. Maybe it’s time Darwin gets paid overtime?
