What goes up must go down. The problem with people like Floyd is they feel the need to impress other in a pretentious manor. But why? The most humble Billionaires actually don't care to speak about money nor flaut it as much as the Millionaires. Yes, we all know money is great and the more the better however, in one life to live and as far as I know money doesn't buy more years to live at the end of life, does it matter when you brag or showoff? 100 years from now most are never remembered.

Being humble gets you genuine people in your life. You start flaunting wealth and status and you attract people that only care about you because of your money. If you lose it all you'll find out real quick that 99.9% of the people around you will disappear right away.

Floyd Mayweather allegedly owes $330K in unpaid rent Floyd Mayweather allegedly owes $330K in unpaid rent
For example, WHY would you pay $100k per month without any return? Floyd could of bought a cheaper condo instead of renting one for $100k/per month. Of course understanding the value when you can write things off for his business while renting and being able to leave quicker. However, there's a cost to everything when you fall behind on payments such as the enormous rental price. Floyd Mayweather owns a massive real estate portfolio featuring over 60 multi-family apartment buildings in New York City (specifically in Upper Manhattan and Harlem), totaling more than 1,000 individual units. And other residential properties in Miami and Las Vegas, including a $3 billion luxury rental joint venture, and previously reported ownership of 9 skyscrapers. So it really doesn't make sense that he isn't paying his bills. -
But does he actually own those units? I'm willing to bet he's asset rich and cash poor if he's bouncing cheques.

Floyd always waited to fight top fighters until they were past their prime, then he would come in and want to fight... I say he lost that fight to De La Hoya.. He knew how to sell a fight but not a great fighter in my book.. 49-0 record doesn't mean anything if you duck everybody.. I miss the days when great fighters met other great fighters in their PRIME..and fought!!
