Well i obviously bashed it on something. Im leaning towards when it came out and didnt notice before i went to putting it back in. Because it went in with 0 problems. Guess it doesnt matter at this point. Is this something that a radiator shop can fix ? Or am i in it for a completely new one?

I would imagine any decent rad shop should be able to recore it. Gotta be cheaper than Paccar Tax.
-
A good rad shop with old guys in it would be able to fix that.
-
My local radiator shop stocks them so you don't have to wait. Then they repair the trade-in and have that in stock. As long as they have the right one.
Might be able to stumble across that in your area. -
I would 100 percent fix that. If it’s a couple tubes or 3 I’d soldier it and move on. It’s not gonna reduce flow enough to matter in the big scheme of things

We use a place in SLC call A-1 Radiator. They will totally rebuild a radiator like that for about $450. If I'm not in a burning rush they'll even pick up and deliver it all the way up here in Evanston.
So I'd try to get it fixed, it's going to be cheaper than a new one -
10-4 guys . Thanks for the help . i found a couple radiator shops in phoenix ill give a call to on monday morning and see if it can get fixed... I guess i got only got myself to blame for not being careful enough

Don’t be hard on yourself I’ve been at it a long time and while not often it will happen to me.
I think you’ve done a helluva job all around. -
I’m with cooter. Solder the tubes up and let her eat.

And just my two cents. I always fire it up the first time before I put the radiator and coolant back in it. No particular reason other than if something ain’t right I don’t have to take all that #### back off. Plus it’s also like a little confidence boost to help you push through wrapping it up.
