Where is everyone #5

Been a crazy day around here. I see now the lead singer for 3 Doors Down passed away. 47 yo. Way too young. These guys were big supporters of our military. Hate to see it.

 

I saw that earlier too. Looked like he was battling cancer at only 47 years old. Way to young. My dad used to listen to them all the time when i was growing up. Still listen to them now

 

Dang really? The Better Life was the first CD I ever owned.

 

This is one fun riff to play. Gets you in the right mindset for life.

 

So 3 Doors Down is the new classic rock?

Far more common than one would think -- even in my small group of friends, two are/were battling cancer before the age of 30.

 

It’s a boring sunday

 

If they never opened for Waylon or Willie or George chances are pretty good that I never heard of them — which is the case here

 

It seems that the music of my youth is now considered classic oldies.
Think the worst part of that is hearing it as muzack…..

Then I did survive the 60’s and 70’s.
