    They never stated exactly why the guy was arrested, but he opened fired after the Coca-Cola truck hit his car and fled the scene while knocking the guy to the ground after hitting his car…

    The way that guy was behind the car in the lot like that and how fast he drew and fired seems like he had already been waiting and had pulled that gun out on the driver before his car was hit.
