Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Reading the other posts here hoping someone from Hammer (Rory?) will help out as I am guessing it is beyond the scope of the user community.
In January 2025 I started using the Hammer app on an iPhone 15 I purchased late November 2024. I used the app free for a couple of months but decided to move to paying monthly. I was having several connectivity problems with the phone so after a conversation with Apple Support they authorized sending me a new iPhone 15 under the 12 month warranty.
I received the new phone the night before heading out for a new 11 day trip so I decided to do the transfer after I returned as I had no idea how long the process would take. When I went through the automated transfer process it appeared that all my apps and data had transferred successfully.
When I headed out on my next trip, I started up the app to get the routing set up and the app behaved as if it were a new install. I was asked to register again and when I got to the Favorites there were none. In the 12 months that I have used Hammer I am guessing I had around 50-60 locations saved.
I have emailed support January 8, January 24, and February 3 asking for assistance in getting my locations recovered, so far no reply.
