Industry Divide: Parliamentary hearings expose deep rifts

I've been out of freight hauling for almost 30 years so excuse me for asking this question.


Have above board wages gotten so bad for newbies that "driver's Inc" looks like a much better deal or do these guys just not know any better?

Vishwanth is out of touch with reality
So many of those “independents” always getting busted with unfit trucks, no license, no insurance. Of course they can offer deep discount rates.
Employees at decent carriers are costly when all the expenses to maintain an employee is compared to Driver Inc slaves
