Is this a bored well or drilled? Ive never seen algae in a well before. I know water is different everywhere and that might cause it. Some of Our bored wells would get muddy with heavy rains but none of the drilled wells do.

First, don’t drink that water. Depending on the type, Algae can be toxic to humans and animals.
Any leaks in the well or related equipment? Something is getting into the system. Need to find that source.

What leads you to believe you have that problem?

I’m curious since I might have it too.

I'm assuming drilled, but honestly didn't know there were different methods. Well was done early to mid 50's.

Gotcha. This is no longer drinking water. Mainly used for sprinklers or filling the sprayer tanks. The algae will plug the sprinkler screens pretty quick.

I shut the pump off in winter and drain the lines, and have always left both spigots open.

There is some air getting in somewhere. Even after the pump has been on all summer, you can open a spigot and there will be quite a bit of air. I'll double check the suction line.

When I open the spigot at the shop to wash my hands, I'll get small pieces of algae on my hands sometimes. And the screens on the sprinklers plug up pretty quick.

Disclaimer as has been a long time from farm/cattle, etc but...
I would imagine it takes some knowledge of post holes, posts, claw hammers, staples, fencing pliers, and some smooth wire to reconnect the ends of
down "bobware...". At least my daddy could re acquaint us boys with most of that as we were saddling out horses; Sunday afternoons, to ride over to a lake to shoot snakes there, squirrels on the way back.
"Phrase kinda like: You boys take a hammer and some staples, might want to check the water gap in the creek....."

It kinda has that AI look to the motion of the truck. But it’s getting harder and harder to differentiate between real and AI lately.
    Fkn downfall for us

The fact the truck is painted up in Brawler colors kinda makes me think Timelapse Trucker had it rendered with AI.
It could use some improvements. Exhaust under the cab, better looking stacks and some filler trim under the cab and sleeper.
