I’ve experienced the same, where I’m currently at. When I proved both were false accusations by them, they switched gears and went off on a tangent of which I told them I had no interest in hearing about. Not one single person needs someone else’s BS in their life. Life is hard enough, as it is.
It’s a shame the environment was such you felt the need to leave. What’s worse, is the people responsible for driver turnover never point the finger at the person staring back at them in the mirror, every morning. It’s always “The driver………” excuses. Just being a genuinely good person goes a long way toward employee retention.

From folks there I’ve been told that if Jordan takes over, everyone is walking..office, shop, and drivers…he would give your cell number to brokers and then tell you that he has the right to give out your cell number to any broker he wants…he literally told me that one night an I hung up on him.
