I recently made a post about anyone who would give a chance with a speeding ticket going 20+ over last year august. So far Schneider, mills transfer,KLLM is willing to give me a Chance I’m just not sure which one to go with. Any advice?
Is this a good account for 2nd chance driver with 20 over ticket

Consider this, as well.....
Both Millis & KLLM are basically "one trick ponies" -- they each really do only one type of freight.
If you decide later that you don't like their freight...or you get bored with it -- there are no good alternatives...without changing carriers.
Meanwhile -- Schneider offers several different types of freight for you to try out -- & all under one company.
With Schneider -- you also have many more company parking options available to you, at the end of each work shift. That may not seem like much now -- but trust me, later on....it will be a BIG DEAL for you.
Think about it....

One type of freight? Where do you get your info from @lual ?
KLLM deals with dry freight (hazmat and non-hazmat), refrigerated and intermodal.
Since I've been here I've picked up for Dole, Fresh Express, Trident Seafoods, FedEx, SAIA, Southeastern Freight, Simplot, Mars; etc.Last edited: Feb 20, 2026
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
KLLM & Millis both pull "boxes" (yawn).

Schneider does sooooo much more.

But do they pay more?Rideandrepair and JolliRoger Thank this.

Depends on:
- The type of freight
- The account(s) in question
- The geographic area in question
- The driver's experience level
- & other factors

That was a rhetorical question @lual
I already know Schneider doesn't pay more than KLLM.
My average check on the Expedited side is $2500 weekly. This week's check is $2900. Highest check without a bonus was $3200.
Highest check after performance bonus $4000.
Let me know which division of Schneider pays that well.Mega Express and nextgentrucker Thank this. -
R U a brand new driver? Did you start off at "kill 'em" making that much (with zero previous exp)?!?
You're also assuming the new driver can get the exact same acct/setup/mileage/cpm as you now have....
