Central Refrigerated Truck Stop

Have had home time scheduled for over a month to see my daughter grad. now they are saying they don't think that I will make it. Well I think its been fun and all but I think its time to go home and drive local.

 

How long you been with driving plus Central? I almost went with Schneider dedicated they will take you at 6 mos OTR

I will be stayin for awhile longer. If any of you are based out of Connely stop in and say hi to Brennen. That guy is really workin for us.
Now I have heard lots of complaining about Central Lord knows I am one of them. Maybe its time I took a second look at this and adjust my attitude about the place. Makes you think again when not just my DM but another driver that does not know me gives up a run to help. WOW. Maybe the little b.s. things just don't matter as much.

 

Made it to Denver early for my 99. Figured I'd save the previous driver the issue of a service failure ontop of the humility of screwing up the landing gear on his trailer.

Bouncing against my 70 again. Figure I'll do a 34 here, most likely the at the TA and not at the HDF.

Ya.. Brennan is new.. He used to just be n/w.. He's runnin me decently.. Better than my other dms.. Just give him time to break in.. And I fear he'll be just like the rest.. Right now he's trying to prove himself to us.. And us to him.. I really hope he just keeps me running like he is.. But we all know how central is.. Hopefully they won't "promote" him to safety or l/o.. He's really working out for all of us then! Maybe my speculation will be completely wrong and hell be my dm till I leave for greener pastures! Glad your gettin to graduation! Hope you have fun and from the sounds of it.. Its well deserved!

 

Oh yea, looks like I'm going to miss out on paying that 10 bucks to park in Chicago!!! Can't tell ya how much that breaks my heart.
!st drop for me in the morning is a good one. Been there before and they are quick. Never been to the one in Bollingbrook tho so hope it goes well.
If ya'll ever get to go to Fareway in Boone, IA. Jump on it. My appt time was 0800, misjudged my time getting there and was there about 0530, and once the company gave me the right #, well lets put it this way, I was leaving OUT of there at 0735.

 

Hey Dark, He came from Safety, lol. Now is our DM. He know about this forum too. He said he checked out the thoughts of the drivers before he came to central. Kinda scary huh?
